WIFT Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

1) Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how WIFT (“WIFT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the WIFT mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: (a) information you provide to us and (b) information collected automatically when you use the Services.

A. Information you provide to us

Account Information (Personal Information). At this time, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address

You provide this information when you create an account, sign in, communicate with us, or otherwise use features that request your contact details.

Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email), we may collect the content of your message and related details (such as the date/time and your contact information).

B. Information collected automatically

Usage and Log Data. When you use the Services, we may automatically receive certain information that helps us operate, secure, and improve the App, such as:

  • App interactions (e.g., screens viewed, features used)
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data
  • General device and app information (e.g., device type, operating system version, app version)
  • Approximate location inferred from IP address (typically at a city/region level), as      part of standard server logs

We use this information as described below and aim to minimize collection to what is necessary for the Services.

  

3) How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (including creating and maintaining your account,      authentication, and customer support)
  • Improve, troubleshoot, and maintain the Services (including      performance monitoring, debugging, and analytics)
  • Personalize your experience (for example, remembering your settings where applicable)
  • Communicate with you
    • Service/transactional messages (e.g., account-related notices, important updates)
    • Promotional communications only where permitted by law and, where required,       with your consent (you can opt out at any time)
  • Protect security and prevent misuse (fraud prevention, abuse      detection, enforcing our terms)
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

  

4) How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors that help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools). These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

B. Legal, Safety, and Rights

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of WIFT, our users, or others
  • Prevent or investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or security incidents

C. Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

  

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services and maintain your account
  • Meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

When you request deletion (see Section 8), we will delete or de-identify your personal information unless we are legally required or permitted to retain it.

  

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  

7) Your Choices and Controls

A. Marketing emails

If you receive promotional emails from us, you can opt out at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting us.

B. Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see Section 11).

  

8) Account Deletion

If the App supports account creation, you must be able to initiate account deletion within the App as required by platform policies. 

In addition, you can request account deletion by contacting us at the email in Section 11. We may ask you to verify your request before deleting your account.

  

9) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

  

10) International Users

WIFT may process and store information in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy within the App (and/or via other appropriate means). The “Effective Date” above indicates when the latest version takes effect.
