 J.R. is a seasoned entrepreneur and the CEO of The 180 Group, a premier event production company specializing in complex, high-stakes meetings for top-tier pharma and med tech clients. With two decades of experience in event production and leadership, J.R. brings a deep understanding of what planners actually need—speed, accuracy, and simplicity. He led WIFT from concept to market by identifying a critical gap in the tools planners use daily and building a solution that eliminates complexity rather than adding to it. J.R.’s leadership style is rooted in execution, transparency, and vision, with a long-term goal of scaling WIFT into the industry’s most essential planning tool.

 Kris is a veteran of the event technology world, with more than 15 years of experience building software solutions for agencies, production teams, and planners. His background spans design, UX, product development, and strategic

consulting—having worked on both the tech and user sides of the planning process. As COO, Kris oversees WIFT’s day-to-day operations, ensuring product development stays aligned with user needs while driving forward partnerships, customer experience, and internal process. He is deeply committed to building tools that perform under pressure, and his pragmatic, user-first mindset informs everything from design to delivery.

With nine years of front-end engineering experience, Seun has led major codebase rewrites and guided cross-functional teams of 20+ developers in high-stakes government consulting environments. His work has directly

contributed to contract wins and renewals, and he brings that same level of precision and innovation to WIFT. Seun is known for building scalable, elegant interfaces that deliver speed and ease to users—hallmarks of the WIFT product. As CTO, he leads technical architecture, front-end innovation, and AI feature development, while fostering a culture of excellence, balance, and collaboration. His commitment to mentorship, technical leadership, and user-centric design makes him a cornerstone of WIFT’s engineering future.
