WIFT BoldPush Drawing: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

WIFT, Inc., 1063 Weir Dr, Suite 200, Woodbury, MN 55125 (“Sponsor”). This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by BoldPush or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and of The 180 Group, Inc., and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The drawing begins on October 20, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning:

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method. Additional entries will be disregarded. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or received after the Entry Period are void.

5. Prizes

3 prizes will be awarded. Each winner receives one laser distance measure (approximate retail value $50). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $150. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified at the email address used to enter and must reply within 7 days to claim the prize, including a US shipping address. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or the notification is undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be shipped to winners at Sponsor’s expense.

7. Taxes

Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

8. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the drawing cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and award prizes from eligible entries received before that action.

9. Release and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or the receipt or use of a prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected through online entry is used as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Online entrants also receive the BoldPush offer code and The Capacity Truth newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time. Email entries are used only to administer the drawing.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

12. Winners list

For the first names and states of the winners, email jr@wift.ai with the subject line “BoldPush Drawing Winners” within 60 days after December 1, 2026.
